A very warm welcome to my newly launched Stop Smoking website based in Broadstone, Poole in Dorset, close to Poole, Wimborne, Corfe Mullen and Bournemouth. Here, your smoke free journey can begin.
I have been helping clients to stop smoking for over 12 years now and go on to see many of those clients’ family members and friends. It is always lovely to hear back from people who have successfully stopped smoking and hear how their lives have changed, how much better they feel and of course how much healthier their wallets are! Being smoke free can -without a doubt- improve your life in so many positive ways, including healthier heart and lungs, better skin and hair, stronger and healthier teeth and increased energy levels. There are so many reasons to stop smoking and so many reasons to continue to be a non-smoker forever. It may just be that you need a bit of a push to get on the right track, and I can provide you with the tools you need to be successful in getting on that track. Or perhaps you have given up and started again, in which case my Stop Smoking session can act as a “refresher” to rebalance yourself and once again become a non-smoker.
All I ask is that you have the desire to be a non-smoker and the desire to be successful after you leave the session. We will work together for between one and a half and two hours, after which you will have all the tools and techniques you need to be a non-smoker.
