Robert Clarke is a Hypnotherapist practising in Bournemouth, Poole, Wimborne and Broadstone in Dorset. Rob also specialises in helping people to stop smoking.
With an interest in psychology he has always enjoyed helping people, so when he learned of the benefits of hypnosis and hypnotherapy he realised this was the approach he had been looking for. In 2003 Rob has also studied and trained to become a fully qualified Life Coach.
The Hypnotherapy Control Board
The Hypnotherapy Control Board was established in 1981 and is the largest hypnotherapy training school in Europe. Having studied, trained and passed their stringent examination Robert was invited to become a full member of the International Association of Pure Hypno-Analysts (IAPH). As such he is bound by a strict code of ethics and assures complete confidentiality for his clients. Rob has also become a member of the General hypnotherapy register and also works to the strict guide lines of the General hypnotherapy standards council.
All members of the IAPH must hold a current CRB check and attend special training courses each year to advance their knowledge, techniques and skills. This is known as continuing personal development (CPD) and covers the fields of hypnosis, advanced hypnotherapy, and psychotherapy.
